Although rumors are still cycling around, it seems pretty evident that Apple will be announcing the iPad Mini in October along with a new iPhone. Both are expected to be released just in time for Christmas too. The iPad Mini will have a screen size of 8 inches diagonally and is unlikely to have the “retina display” like its larger companion.
