Kith is first a footwear retailer, so approaching this project took careful planning and a hard attention to detail to get everything just right. Like everything we do we wanted to make this line very special, and this began with sourcing and producing the entire line in New York City. The result, a strong collection of functional pants, shorts, button-downs and summer jackets.

As with most of the collection, the pants feature the use of bold prints and military inspired cuts. We tapered the cuff and added a side zipper, amplifying the wearer’s footwear choice that goes along with it. The shorts from the collection are designed to hit right above the knee and come in a slim cut that offers true comfort and style. The button-down shirts include a tailored fit for a more sophisticated everyday look, but each is built with casual feel. We wanted to prove that you don’t have to go formal to get a shirt with an impeccable fit. The outerwear are varsity jackets specifically designed for summer. This means each piece is completely breathable, lightweight and extremely functional for all sizes.

Working with local craftsmen in New York City allowed us to get every detail down exactly how we wanted. This also means each piece is extremely limited with sizing running from XXS – XXL for jackets, S – XXL for shirts and 30, 32, 33, 34, 36 for pants and shorts. The line is just the beginning. These pieces encompass everything we look for in apparel, from fit to style to quality.
