The Nike Air Penny 5 takes on two new colorways for Winter 2013. The Penny 5 “Total Crimson” combines neon red in contrast with a black sole for a very bold look. The “Royal Blue” option brings a rich blue upper with white accents, and zebra print detailing all over the shoe. The performance based shoe features Nike’s technologies with mesh panels on the side, a colored midsole and an air bubble on the outsole for shock absorption. Both styles are available at Kith NYC stores and by phone order at 646-648-6285 for $165 USD.

For my first project with Grenson, I wanted to use premium leathers they haven’t used in their line and offer colorways that are classic but will still catch your eye. The end result was a collection dominated by contemporary design aesthetics backed by this 140 year old historic company.

The new Spike V and Fred V are re-worked in premium waxed/burnished grey leathers while below sits a durable Vibram sole. The idea for the black Fred came from personally needing and wanting an all black brogue boot and I felt like this rich black waxy/oily leather and Commando sole was the perfect balance. The Spike duck boot features a two-toned design marked with its ridged toe and smooth upper body, while the Fred complements any outfit with its sleek brogue detailing. It was extremely important for people to see the shoe and still know it was a Grenson style, so the added red leather heel spike lets people know it’s not just a regular in line version but something truly special.

The Ronnie Fieg for Grenson collection offers a clean range of boots that can easily be worn dressed up on the go, but have enough character where they won’t blend in with the rest. The boots were produced in very limited quantities in the UK and can be found at Kith NYC stores and for $470 USD.

The Diemme Roccia Vet is a more lighter and comfortable boot by the brand. This particular model is handmade in Italy featuring hits of smooth leather and optional all-over wool or suede on the body. Additional details come in gunmetal-tone hardware, a padded inner lining and a cushioned support collar. Below sits a sturdy non-slip rubber Vibram sole that’s built to last for year round use. You can purchase these three new boots at Kith NYC stores and for $400 USD.

Timberland‘s popular GT Scramble boot returns in a new Grey/Teal colorway that combines street inspired materials and colors. Brown and white leather accents bring the shoe together, while waxed laces and a translucent outsole complete the look. The Nike Air Force 1 Downtown “Zebra” includes zebra-striped quarter panels, with the front and swoosh feature a black patent leather gloss treatment.
